80 work steps over 3 days are necessary to produce the hat according to the old English dressing method. These steps in the manufacture can only be performed by hand. Through these many work steps, the felt becomes so dimensionally stable that it masters all weather conditions. The handcrafted goat suede bands and brim edgings are adapted in different color combinations depending on the model. The finest goat suede was used here. The hat's inner band is made of pure cotton stretch.

This hat gets its fine finish from the red silk lining. Thanks to its soft fit, this hat sits as if it had always been yours. Its tailored brim gives the sporty, casual traveler an elegant swing. Very wind and weather resistant. A real umbrella replacement.
