Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in our handmade headwear. Your ordered model will be handcrafted especially for you here in Regensburg by our master milliner and his team. The production of your headwear will take approximately two weeks. We will notify you by email or phone once your headwear is ready. If you choose an item from our range that may already be pre-produced and in stock in the store, delivery will be faster.

Shipping is via DHL. Your package can be tracked.

If the contents of the package do not match the ordered item for any reason, please contact us by phone or email at support@hutkoenig-shop.de before returning the item. Otherwise, our general terms and conditions apply.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for delivery within Germany are a flat rate of €9.50.
Shipping is free for orders over €100.

For deliveries within the European Union, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €20.50:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Czech Republic, and Austria

For deliveries to the rest of the European Union, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €37:
Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, and Hungary

For deliveries outside the European Union, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €59.80:
United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Greece, Israel, Japan, Canada, Namibia, Turkey, and the USA

For deliveries to Australia, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €79:

Goods are only shipped to the listed countries.
