80 steps over 3 days are necessary to produce the hat according to old English tradition. These steps in the manufactory can only be performed by hand. Through these many steps, the felt becomes so dimensionally stable that it masters all weather conditions. The handcrafted goat suede bands and brim edgings are adapted in various color combinations depending on the model. Here, the finest goat suede was used. The hat's inner band is made of pure cotton stretch.

This hat gets its fine finish from the red silk lining. Thanks to its soft fit, this hat sits as if it had always been yours. Its tapered brim gives the sporty, casual traveler an elegant swing. Very wind and weatherproof. A rain umbrella replacement.
