80 working steps over 3 days are necessary to produce the hat according to the old English dressing method. These steps in the factory can only be carried out by hand. Through these many processes, the felt becomes so dimensionally stable that it masters all weather conditions. This masterpiece was based on the classic shape. Folded upwards at the back, the wide brim does not get in the way of turned-up coat and jacket collars. The handcrafted goat suede leather bands are adapted in various color combinations depending on the model. Here, the finest goat suede leather was used. The hat brim is reinforced with a double felt trim matching the garniture. The inner hatband is made of pure cotton stretch. Thanks to its soft fit, this hat feels as if it has always been yours.
