80 steps over 3 days are needed to produce the hat according to old English traditional methods. These steps in the manufacture can only be performed by hand. Through these many processes, the felt becomes so dimensionally stable that it masters all weather conditions. The handcrafted goat suede bands and brim edgings are adapted in different color combinations depending on the model. Here, the finest goat suede was used. The hat's inner band is made of pure cotton stretch.
