80 steps over 3 days are required to produce the hat according to the old English tradition. These manufacturing steps can only be carried out by hand. Through these many processes, the felt becomes so dimensionally stable that it masters all weather conditions. The handmade goat suede bands and brim edgings are adapted in different color combinations depending on the model. Here, the finest goat suede was used. The inner hatband is made of pure cotton stretch.
