80 steps over 3 days are needed to produce the hat according to the old English finishing process. These manufacturing steps can only be carried out by hand. Through these many processes, the felt becomes so dimensionally stable that it masters all weather conditions. The handcrafted goat suede bands and brim edgings are adapted in different color combinations depending on the model. Here, the finest goat suede was used. The hat's inner band is made of pure cotton stretch.

This hat receives its fine finish from the red silk lining. Thanks to its soft fit, this hat sits as if it had always been yours. Its tapered brim gives the sporty, casual traveller an elegant swing. Very wind and weather resistant. A rain umbrella substitute.
