80 steps over 3 days are required to produce the hat according to the old English finishing process. These manufacturing steps can only be carried out by hand. Through these many steps, the felt becomes so dimensionally stable that it masters all weather conditions. The handcrafted goat suede bands and brim edges are adapted in various color combinations depending on the model. The finest goat suede was used here. The hat's inner band is made of pure cotton stretch.

This hat gets its fine finish from the red silk lining. Thanks to its soft fit, this hat sits as if it had always been yours. With its tapered brim, the sporty, casual traveller gets an elegant swing. Very wind and weather resistant. An umbrella substitute.
